	Ernie is a 20-year veteran of Carroll Transportation. He loves the fact that he is able to work with such a new, modern fleet, that is safe and well-maintained. 	Although Barry has been with us for less than a year, he spent 21 years working for another fuel transportation company. He loves working for Carroll, because of the friendly atmosphere he has encountered. He said he was struck by the fact that all of his co-workers and supervisors go out of their way to say good morning to him. At the end of the day, Barry said he is often greeted by his boss, who asks him if he is doing okay and if there is anything he needs help with. Barry has especially benefitted from the company-provided chiropractor who is on-site to treat drivers on a regular basis.
	Ken has been with Carroll Transportation for 16 years. He says he loves the fact that he is able to work with new, state-of-the-art equipment and modern trucks. Ken especially enjoys the camaraderie he shares with his fellow transport drivers and dispatchers, and he thoroughly enjoys the sense of teamwork that is fostered throughout the organization.
	Dave Sain, an 11-year veteran of Carroll, is very proud of his new, modern truck. He loves the team environment here, and he feels that the benefits and pay that Carroll offers him are very competitive. He also enjoys receiving continuous training to help him do his job as safely and efficiently as possible.
	Phillip is one of our newer drivers. He has been with Carroll Transportation less than a year, but already, he recognizes the strong sense of teamwork, and he says, "Everybody helps everyone out around here."
