Carroll provides up to 120 hours of paid leave time each year, based on years of service.

Employees are eligible after 1 full year of employment, and they may contribute from 1% up to 25% of
their pay on a pre-tax basis. The company will match employee contributions dollar for dollar up to 5%. 100% vesting
after 1 year.
- Medical Insurance
Two different options to choose from, both utilize the Care First Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO/PPN Network.
Both are partially paid by employee pre-tax contributions. The rest is paid for by Carroll.
- Dental Insurance
Three different dental options to choose from. Dental insurance is partially paid for by employee pre-tax contributions. The rest is paid for by Carroll.
- Vision Insurance
There is one vision plan that covers Eye Exams at 100% of allowable benefit. Glasses, lenses and contacts are paid based on a fee schedule.

- Employee Life Insurance
Life insurance is provided by the company provided for full-time employees. The benefit is
1.5 times the employee's annual salary, up to $150,000.00. Optional life insurance available for employees to purchase
in $10,000.00 increments, up to a maximum of $500,000.00.
- Family Life Insurance
Optional family life insurance is available for employees to purchase for their spouse and dependents.

Pre-tax payroll deductions can be used to cover expenses not covered by a medical, dental, prescription, or vision
plan. Maximum plan year deduction amount is $2,500.00
